120 Hang Power Snatches, sets of 15 (M: 95 lbs, W: 65 lbs) (Total)

Time Cap: 18:00
800 Meter Jog
In 15:00 complete:
500 Meter Row or 1 Mile Bike
Complete as many reps as possible in the remaining time of:
25 MedBall Cleans (M: 20 lbs, W: 14 lbs)
50 AbMat Sit-Ups
25 Box Jump Overs (M: 24″, W: 20″)
Goal: 3+ rounds
