Challenge Weekly Throwdown
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12:00 of:

12 Ring dips
15 Box jumps (M: 30″, W: 24″)
100 Meter Farmer’s Carry (M: 2x 32 kg KBs, W: 2x: 24 kg KBs)
Score: Total dips + box jumps
If you are participating in the Lifestyle Challenge, you will receive 20 points for this workout.  It will be run in all of the CrossFit classes today.  Please enter the points on your teams spreadsheet under the “Weekly Wednesday Throwdown” column.  In addition, your scores will be added into a team total.  Each week, your team’s scores will be added to your previous week’s score.  Whichever team has the highest score at the end of the Challenge will receive 300 additional points towards their team total.  This can only be completed in a class on Wednesdays.  No making it up during Open Gym or on another day.  Get into the gym and participate!
