Complete as many rounds as possible in 10:00 of:
15 Dumbbell push-press (M: 35 lbs, W: 25 lbs)
15 Burpees
15 Kettlebell goblet alternating lunges (M: 24 kgs, W: 16 kgs)
15 Wall balls (M: 20 lbs, W: 14 lbs)

Score: Total reps.  Each Challenge team member’s reps must be counted by someone from the opposite team.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 Double-unders
10 Alternating dumbbell snatch (M: 45 lbs, W: 35 lbs)
30 Double-unders
10 Dumbbell thrusters (M: 45 lbs, W: 35 lbs)
