Body Reset – Benchmark WOD 2

Complete 5 rounds for time of:
10 Dumbbell sit-ups (M: 55 lbs, W: 35 lbs)
10 DB drag push ups (M: 55 lbs, W: 35 lbs)
*One dumbbell per person

Time Cap: 8:00

Deadlift 8-8-8-8-8

*Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
*Every 2:00

Cash Out:
– Banded hamstring stretch 2 minutes per side
– Pigeon stretch 2 minutes per side

Complete the following for time:
100 Double Unders
50 Toes-to-bar
100′ Overhead Lunge Walk (M: 45 lbs, W: 35 lbs)
50 Toes-to-bar
100 Double Unders

* Lunge walk is with a 45 lb/35 lb plate

Hydrostatic Body Composition Testing

Jolen from San Diego Body Fat Testing will be here next Monday, June 5th. If you have not done this testing before, this is a great opportunity to get your body percentages and an accurate number for your daily calorie intake.

What To Expect: The total test will take about 15 minutes. You will be fully submerged for 5-7 seconds in warm clean & filtered water.
What To Bring: Please bring a bathing suit & towel
What You Get: Included with your test is a total review of your detailed 4-page report.
