20 Power Snatches (M: 75 lbs, W: 55 lbs)
20 Front Squats (M: 75 lbs, W: 55 lbs)
Goal: Sub 4:00
Time Cap: 7:00
Strict Toes To Bars 5-5-5-5-5
Complete the following for time:
50 Strict pull-ups
50 Wallballs (M: 30lbs, W: 20lbs)
*While completing the WOD do 2 wall walks every minute on the minute.
