100 Meter sled drag (M: 95 lbs, W: 65 lbs)
200 Meter run

Rest, then:

Complete 3 rounds, each round for time, of:
15 Hanging banded knee raises
20 Shoulder taps
15 Calorie row

Rest 2 min between each round.
