“Mano y Mano”
Divide class into 2 teams:
Complete 3 rounds of:
Team 1 – 400 Meter sled pull (M: 135 lbs, W: 95 lbs)
Team 2 – Max calorie bike

Team sizes dictate how many sleds and bikes are in play. 1 bike for every 3-4 athletes. 1 sled for every 3-4 athletes. While Team 1 is completing the 400 meter sled pull, Team 2 is accumulating as many calories as possible on the bike(s). When Team 1 completes the sled pull, the teams switch stations. Score is the total amount of calories accumulated across the 3 rounds.

A)
Wide grip Bench Press 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10
Then,
Close grip Bench Press 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
*rest as needed in between sets

B)3 super sets of:
10 Decline Push ups
10 DB Kick Backs
10 Single arm triceps pull down (using band)

C) 3 Super Sets of:
12 Weighted Sit ups (BB)
20 Flutter Kicks
10 Sit up to stand up
