It’s Getting Hot!!

Athletes, please make sure to drink plenty of water. Tomorrow is supposed to be VERY HOT!! It is very important to stay hydrated working out in this crazy heat we love to call home. We want each and every athlete to be best prepared when they step into the gym to complete a class. Lack of water throughout the day in this heat can lead to heat exhaustion and heat stroke. Stay educated and aware of the effects dehydration can have on the body. Stay away from sugary sports drinks and try to use natural electrolytes. Keep a water bottle with you throughout the day to help you measure the amount you are consuming. Let’s stay hydrated!!
