Fall Lifestyle Challenge Athletes
Tomorrow is Day 1 of the Challenge. We want you to be prepared to start your first day/week with success. Listed below is a checklist of things to do before the Challenge starts.
– Make sure you get ALL your grocery shopping done before Sunday.
– You will NEED a scale to weigh your food. It’s the most accurate way to measure food. Walmart has digital scales at a great cost!
– Measuring cups, teaspoons/tablespoons are handy to have as well.
– Log your ENTIRE first day in the My Fitness Pal app on Saturday. You should have all that food cooked and ready to go.
– Meal prepping will set you up for great success!
