Prep Day!

Today is your day to food prep and make your first week on the Challenge successful!  Remember that eating ONLY off of the approved food list is your focus this week.  Starting next week, we will use the containers and add a focus on quantity.  However, if you want to get ahead of the game and see how you feel on your assigned number of trays this week while there is still room for error, go for it.
