Cash Out:
Reverse hyper – Complete 4 rounds of :20 seconds

Complete the following for time:
1 Mile Bike
50 Single Arm DB Push Presses (M:45 lbs, W:35 lbs)*
800 Meter Row
50 Single Arm Power Cleans (M:45 lbs, W:35 lbs)*
300 Double Unders
50 Goblet Lunges (M:45 lbs, W:35 lbs)

*Switch arms as needed on Single Arm Dumbbell Press and Single Arm Power Cleans
