15 DB Goblet Squats (M: 45 lbs, W: 35 lbs)
15 Weighted Sit-ups (M: 45 lbs, W: 35 lbs)

With a running clock, from 0:00 to 15:00 complete:
Row 3 km
Max Burpees in remaining time:

Rest from minute 15:00 to 18:00

Then, from minute 18:00 to 33:00 complete:
Bike 3 miles
Max Toes to bar in time remaining
