“Tabata Something Else”
Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, for the below exercises:
Pull-ups
Push-ups
Sit-ups
Squats

Complete all 8 rounds of the first exercise before moving on to the next one.

CF LITE
Complete 4 rounds for time of:
400 Meter run
20 Kettlebell swings (M: 32 kgs, W: 24 kgs)
20 Goblet squats (M: 32 kgs, W: 24 kgs)
