Tomorrow, Saturday, October 22nd, we will be hosting a Food Prep class at Brianna’s house. Take advantage of this great opportunity to work together as teammates. You will get the chance to help prepare recipes, enter them in My Fitness Pal and best of all…EAT! Bonus points will be given that day for attendance & participation.
