Josh Everett, CrossFit Weightlifting seminar coach and CrossFit Level 1 staff member, will be holding an Olympic Lifting seminar here at CFIV. Josh has worked in the field of Strength & Conditioning since 1998. He has coached at Ohio University, UCLA, UC Riverside and with the military. He is also a 2008 CrossFit Games second place winner.
