In teams of 2 complete for time:
200 Double Unders
150 Sit Ups
100 Push Ups
50 Pull Ups

* While one partner works on the movements the other does Dumbbell Farmers Carry Hold (M: 45 lbs, W:35 lbs)
*Switch roles and split reps however you want.
*Both partners need to stop working if one if them stops, or, the reps will not counts.
