At CrossFit Imperial Valley we believe that a combination of skill practice, workouts and games are the best way to build strength in young children. Our classes include elements of gymnastics, body weight movements, running, jump roping, and more. Our goal is to make fitness fun at a young age and to encourage a lifetime of physical activity.
CrossFit Kids Day on July 14th is a rare opportunity to experience our kids classes for free. Kids will participate in age appropriate classes run be experienced instructors. Parents are welcome to stay and watch!
