After taking a year off, the Team Up is back on. This time we are teaming up to raise funds for the Ronald McDonald House Charity of San Diego. In March of this year, we were blessed to become parents for the first time. Unfortunately, our baby boy had some complications at birth that required him to be treated at Rady Children’s Hospital. During this difficult time we had the opportunity to stay at the Ronald McDonald House for almost 2 weeks. Through this situation we experienced the many services that the House provides and saw the impact it has on the lives of a multitude of families, especially families form the Imperial Valley. Shortly after, another couple from our gym had their first son; they too were transferred to Rady Children’s Hospital and stayed at the Ronald McDonald House during their son’s medical treatment. It is evident that by helping the Ronald McDonald House we are in turn, helping every family in need of the services of their services.

The TEAM UP is a TWO person, same gender, competition.

Last time, in 2018, we had an outstanding turnout and this year we are looking to make it bigger and better!

The competition consists of 4 team workouts.

Each division will do a version of the same workout appropriately modified for their fitness level.

The top 3 teams of each category will win a prize and bragging rights!

Teams of women or teams of men will be able to register into 4 different divisions:

Masters (37 years or older)

Check-In: 7:00am-7:45am

Workouts briefing: 7:30am-8:00am

5K Race start time: 8:00am-10:00am

5K Registration fee: $45.00 (T-Shirt included)

Team Competition: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm

Team Competition Registration fee: $180.00 per team. (T-Shirts included)

Code expires after 30 uses.

February 28th, 2020 is the last day to register and get a T-shirt. Registration will stay open until March 6th, 2020, but no T-shirts will be available.

Once the events sells out registration will close.
