40 Burpees
30 Snatch (M: 75 lbs, W: 45 lbs)
30 Burpees
30 Snatch (M: 135 lbs, W: 75 lbs)
20 Burpees
30 Snatch (M: 165 lbs, W: 100 lbs)
10 burpees
AMRAP Snatch (M: 210 lbs, W: 120 lbs)

The CrossFit Open – In-House Comp
Are You Ready?
Today we will complete the first of 5 Open WODs.  Over 120,000 people world-wide are officially registered to participate in the Open!  We will be running our own In-House Open Comp over the next 5 weeks.  Stay tuned each week for the live WOD announcement at 5pm PST on the Games website.
