Are You Ready?
Today we will complete the first of 5 Open WODs. Over 120,000 people world-wide are officially registered to participate in the Open! We will be running our own In-House Open Comp over the next 5 weeks. Stay tuned each week for the live WOD announcement at 5pm PST on the Games website.
