Next Tuesday and Thursday are the Olympic Lifting Clinics!
These classes will help perfect form and technique on the oly lifts with the ultimate goal of mastering heavier loads.  All levels can attend and you may attend more than once.  If you are not lifting at Level 3 weight, these clinics are crucial for developing your technique. Level 3 athletes are also encouraged to attend, as we can all continue to work on our technique. There are limited spots, sign up ASAP.
