EVERYONE needs to work on their mobility.  Mobility refers to your body’s ability to move through your workouts and everyday life in the most efficient ways possible and with the least amount of pain and injury.  If your hamstrings are tight when you deadlift, your shoulders will not allow full range of motion in a press, your knees cave in when you squat or your hips feel tight after you workout, mobility work will help you.
