Join us for a night of Halloween fun on Tuesday, October 29th. WOD in your favorite costume and you may be voted “best costume” by your peers.
Bring a paleo dish that serves up to 5-10 people for the potluck. This is a great opportunity to share recipes for the challenge and show people what you’ve been cooking.

New Class!
Remember, Strength Hour is now being offered at 6:00 PM on Thursdays.  This class welcomes all levels and is something everyone in the gym should participate in.  It is a great way to methodically track progress on all the lifts while gaining power and strength.  Take this opportunity to have personalized coaching that is focused specifically on strength.  Ladies, don’t worry, you will not ‘bulk up.’  You will become stronger and fitter!
