Start your Red Shoe Day Fundraising Today!
We are excited to announce our 3rd Annual Red Shoe Day Throwdown at CFIV. We will hold a friendly in-house competition between our CFIV athletes. The Throwdown will consist of 3 different WODs, each scored per athlete. We recommend each athlete raise $100 in donations or raffle tickets for this in-house competition.
