From September 3rd to October 31st, we will be offering 5am classes Monday through Friday.  We will try this on a seasonal basis.  If attendance remains high as Fall progresses, we will continue this class every day throughout the Winter.  Please make sure you sign in every class so we can assess the demand for this class correctly.

All other CrossFit & CF Lite classes, Teens & Kids, Fundamentals and Kickboxing classes are cancelled.
