We will be canceling all classes AFTER the 3 pm class
NO 4:00, 5:00, 6:00, or 7:00 pm CrossFit classes and NO 6:00 pm Kickboxing

There will be no CrossFit Kids Classes next week

We will be putting on a Potluck/ Swim Party on July 4th
Swim: 4:00 pm
BBQ:  7:00 pm
