In teams of 3, complete the following for time:
1500 Meter row
75 Toes-to-bar
150 Kettlebell swings (M:24 kgs, W: 16 kgs)
300 Double Unders

Rules: Each teammate rows 500 meters. T2B, Swings and DU can be broken up as needed but only 1 teammate working at a time. Movements must be completed in order.

Only 4 days left to register online as well as at the whiteboard for a time slot. Don’t forget, ANYONE can participate. Bring family and friends to participate with us! The workout will be scaled for beginners, completed in teams or as individuals.
