In teams of two complete AMRAP in 15 minutes of:
200 meter run with medball (M: 20 lbs, W: 14 lbs)
16 deadlifts (M: 155 lbs, W: 105 lbs)
Partner 1 will complete the run while partner 2 does the AMRAP. The runner will continue the AMRAP where their partner left off. The score is the teams total reps.
