In teams of 2, complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
50 Feet walking lunge carrying a plate (M: 45 lbs, W: 25 lbs)
10 toes to bar

Team member 1 completes one round while team member 2 rests. Then, switch, and team member 2 works while team member 1 rests. Alternate back and forth for total rounds as a team.
