Complete the following for time:
64 Pull-ups
8 Overhead squats (M: 205 lbs, W: 135 lbs)

Rest 5 minutes, then,

Complete the following intervals each for time:
50-100-200-100-50 Meter sprints

Rest as needed between sprints

Complete 8 Tabata intervals of each of the following movements:
Wall Ball (M: 20 lbs, W: 14 lbs)
Double Under
Abmat Sit-up
Kettlebell Swing (M: 24 kgs, W: 16 kgs)

Complete all 8 rounds of the first exercise before moving on to the next one. A Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest.
