15 Push-ups
10 Sumo deadlift high pulls (M: 75 lbs, W: 55 lbs)

Strength Hour
Complete 4 sets of:
8-10 Reps of Bulgarian split squats (each leg)
10 Weighted jumping 1/4 squats
2 minute rest
(Use same weight for both)

Not for time:
3 Turkish get ups on each arm
10 Windmills
(Use same weight for both)

Kids (7-12): Tuesday 4pm, Thursday 4pm, Saturday 9am
Teens (13-16): Monday 6am, Wednesday 6am, Friday 6am

Kids Room Supervised Hours, effective August 25th
Tuesday 3:30pm – 7pm
