Tabata This:
Row
Squat
Pull-up
Push-up
Sit-up

8 Rounds of 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest for each exercise.  There is a 1 minute rest between exercises. Score for each exercise is the lowest number of reps over all 8 intervals.

First Swim WOD is tomorrow at 6:30 AM at Imperial High School Pool (Bring $1)
The class is full, however, if you signed up and DO NOT attend tomorrow or Thursday without notice, your spot will be given to someone on the wait list
