BB Challenge Update
We are in Week 6! You all are doing fantastic. While I hope you have been inspired to maintain this healthy lifestyle for the rest of your lives, getting through the next week is what I’m sure you all are thinking about. You get double points for hitting your macros for the next 7 days, so, stay strong and maximize those points and your results.
This week, there are a few important things that need to be done:
Tuesday: Complete the BCC Benchmark #1 and log your score
Thursday: Complete the BCC Benchmark #2 and log your score
Friday: A BBC survey will be emailed to you. Please fill it out and give us your feedback no later than next Monday
Sunday: Make sure all of your points for the week have been logged (5 pts) and send us your Post-BBC picture
Monday: Take the Hydrostatic Retest and report your results to the front desk
*If you have not signed up to the hydrostatic retest yet, please contact the front desk immediately. If you can’t make it Monday, talk to us as we might have an alternate option for you.
