Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes of:
3 Power snatches (80% of 1RM)
3 Overhead squats (80% of 1RM)
Use a weight you can complete at least 8 rounds with before not making the time limit.
In teams of two, complete 6 rounds for time and reps of:
300 Meter row
Max double unders
The rower sets the pace. Score is total time in seconds minus reps. Lower scores are better.
