In teams of 2, complete AMRAP in 15 minutes of:

400 Meter run

AMRAP:
10 KB Swings (M: 24 kgs, W: 16 kgs)
20 Goblet squats with Kettlebell (M: 24 kgs, W: 16 kgs)
2 rope climbs

* One team member will set the pace with the run and the other will do the AMRAP. The team score is the total number of AMRAP rounds completed.
