Open WOD 13.2
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
5 Shoulder to overhead (M: 115 lbs, W: 75 lbs)
10 Deadlift (M: 115 lbs, W: 75 lbs)
15 Box jumps (M: 24″ box, W: 20 ” box)
Note: These are also the official weights and reps for Masters men and women up to 54 years old.
Anyone who can’t make it today for Open WOD 13.2 for the In-House Open Comp, needs to make it up on Saturday. You must be here at 8 am to stretch and the WOD will start at 8:30 am SHARP.
Anyone who needs to be judged officially who doesn’t have a time scheduled, needs to contact us ahead of time.
If anyone is having a hard time finding how to log any of the Open WODs on Beyond the Whiteboard this is how you can find it:
Look under the Log tab and click Workouts
It will take you to a new page with different options
Choose the CrossFit Games 2013 tab
in red underneath it will say
Workouts from the 2013 CrossFit Open
Then find which one you need to log.
