Free Community Workout

Join us for a Free Community Workout this Saturday at 8am. This is a great opportunity to try CrossFit with no commitments. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out a waiver. All athletic abilities Welcome!

Starting TOMORROW, July 12th, we will no longer have supervision in the kids room on Saturdays during Open Gym. The kids room will still be available for use but parents will be responsible for their children and cleaning up any messes made. Thank you and sorry for any inconveniences this may cause.

Kids Room is a charge of $3.00 per visit per child or $20.00 for 10 days (No expiration).  All fees can be charged to your credit card on file. For times when there is not a Supervisor in the Kids Room, there will be no charge to use the room.
