Spring Nutrition Challenge Athletes
Are you ready to start week 1 of the Challenge? If you haven’t done so yet, get your grocery shopping done for the week. This will guarantee success for week 1! Having food prepped (meats/veggies) in the fridge will be the best way to stay on top of hitting your macros.

Please make sure you have full access to the Google spreadsheet. Check all information on the “team roster” tab to make sure it is correct. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to email or text your team coach. We are here to help you every step of the way!
