Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:
20 Jumping squats
Complete 10 rounds for time of:
Complete 5 rounds for time of:
10 GHD sit-ups
10 Back extentions
Complete 2 rounds for time of:
25 Wall-ball (M: 20 lbs, W: 14 lbs – both use 10′ target)
25 Box jumps (M: 30″, W: 24″)
Rest as needed between couplets.
