In teams of 2, complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
3 Push-ups
3 Power snatch (M: 100 lbs, W: 70 lbs)
6 Push-ups
6 Power snatch (M: 100 lbs, W: 70 lbs)
9 Push-ups
9 Power snatch (M: 100 lbs, W: 70 lbs)
12 Push-ups
12 Power snatch……etc. (M: 100 lbs, W: 70 lbs)

*Partner 1 completes 3 push-ups and 3 power snatches and then Partner 2 does the same thing. Continue up the Ladder until time*

CF LITE
Complete 3 rounds for time of:
2 Minutes of max meters rowing
2 Minutes of max double-unders
2 Minutes max one-legged squats
1 Minute of rest
