Strength Hour @ 6 PM
New Strength Hour class offered at 6 PM on Thursdays. This class is designed to add a dedicated strength component to CFIV programing. During this time athletes will practice power lifts and choose from a variety of strength programs that will help them gain strength over time. There will be an instructor present to help them at all times.
