Then,

Every minute on the minute for 8 minutes:
3 Back squats
Add weight each round

Then,

Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:
3 Muscle ups
5 Kettlebell swings (M: 32 kgs, W: 24 kgs)

STRENGTH

Complet 4 rounds of:
8-10 Kettle bell front squats (2 kettlebells)
1 Minute rest
8-10 Split squats on each legĀ (not bulgarian)
1 Minute rest
:45 -1 Minute plank up downs
1 Minute rest
Speed work:
Banded Kettle bell swings
*All movements will be reviewed
