10 Bulgarian split squats (each leg).

*Rest 2 minutes
*Add weight each round if possible

B) 3 Supersets of:
10 Romanian DL
20 Jumping air squat

*Rest 2 minutes
* Add weight each round on RDL if possible.

C) 3 Supersets of:
10 Weighted sit-ups
10 GHD sit-ups
10 V-ups
