Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

5 Weighted pull-ups (M: 35lbs, W: 25 lbs)
10 Elevated push-ups (M: 30″, W: 24″)
15 Weighted squats (M: 45lb plate, W: 25 lb plate)

CF LITE
Complete 5 rounds for time of:

35 Double unders
5 Dumbbell shoulder press right arm (M: 45 lbs, W: 25 lbs)
10 Burpees
5 Dumbbell shoulder press left arm (M: 45 lbs, W: 25 lbs)
