REMINDER – Hip Mobility Clinic
There are limited spots still available in the Hip Mobility clinic.  Its easy to underestimate the importance of hip mobility.  You could be super strong and your technique could be great, however, if your flexibility is poor, reaching your full potential as an athlete will not be possibility.  Take the time to attend this important clinic!

OLYMPIC LIFTING
February 12th & February 14th
This class is geared towards all levels of Oly lifting and specifically trains the Snatch and Clean and Jerk.  Perfect your form and work up to heavier loads under the guidance of a knowledgeable coach.  Space is limited to keep the groups small and learning environment productive.  If you have already attended a snatch clinic, this will be a great continuation of your training.
