In teams of 2, complete the following for time:
400 Double unders
200 Kettlebell swings (M: 24 kgs, W: 16 kgs)
100 Deadlifts (M: 185 lbs, W: 125 lbs)
50 Burpees
25 Rope climbs

*Divide the reps between the partners as desired. All double-unders must be completed before beginning KBS. All KBS before deadlifts, etc.
