Complete 30 Clean & Jerks for time (M: 135 lbs, W: 95 lbs)

Rest 5 minutes, then:

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
Odd: 5 Deadlifts (M: 225 lbs, W: 155 lbs)
Even: Max burpees

Score: burpee reps


A) Back Squat for 15-20 Reps @ 60%

B) Complete 3 supersets of:
10 Front rack squats
10 Front rack lunges
*Rest 1-3 minutes.

C) Complete 3 supersets of:
20 Standing calf raises
20 RDL’s w/same weight (slow)
*Rest 1-3 minutes.
