Class divides into 2 teams
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20:00 of:
50 Meter sled drag (M: 135 lbs, W: 95 lbs)
100 Meter Sandbag carry (M: 40 lbs, W: 30 lbs)
200 Meter Sprint
*In a relay fashion, the teams form a single file line each.
Athlete 1 starts with the 50 meter sled drag. As soon as that athlete returns,
he or she moves onto the 100 meter sandbag.
Athlete 2 can then start the sled drag… and so forth.
