“Team Kelly”
In teams of 2, complete 5 rounds each for time of:
400 Meter Run
30 Box Jumps (M: 30″, W: 24″)
30 Wall Balls (M: 20 lbs, W: 14 lbs)

Athlete 1 and Athlete 2 complete the run as a team. When they return to the gym, Athlete 1 completes 30 box jumps while Athlete 2 completes the 30 wallballs. Once BOTH athletes complete their reps, they can switch and Athlete 1 completes the 30 wallballs while Athlete 2 completes the 30 box jumps.  Athletes can not continue on to the next movement or round until the other has finished.
