10:00 to find a heavy 5 rep Back Squat
*Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
*Rest as needed between sets.
Complete the following for time: 50 Pistols
5 Legless Rope Climbs
3 Legless Rope Climbs
1 Legless Rope Climb
*Perform rep scheme pistol how ever you like.
Goal: Sub 8:00
Time Cap 10:00
– Calf roll 2 minutes per side
– Adductor roll 2 mintues per side

Jolen from San Diego Body Fat Testing will be here next Monday, June 5th. If you have not done this testing before, this is a great opportunity to get your body percentages and an accurate number for your daily calorie intake.
What To Expect: The total test will take about 15 minutes. You will be fully submerged for 5-7 seconds in warm clean & filtered water.
What To Bring: Please bring a bathing suit & towel
What You Get: Included with your test is a total review of your detailed 4-page report.
