In teams of 2, complete as many rounds as possible in 18:00 of:
10 Wall Ball Passes (M:20 lbs, W: 14 lbs)
200 Meter MedBall Run (M:20 lbs, W:14 lbs)
30 Alt. Box Jumps (M: 30″, W: 24″)
4 Alt. Rope Climbs
5 Alt. Deadlifts (M: 225 lbs, W: 155 lbs)

*All the movements will be alternating every rep, except the run that will be done at the same time.
